Teaching sewing and professional skills to children from orphanages. Machines, workshops, employment support. Over 500 project graduates.
Проект «Лестница в будущее» реализуется Ротари Клубом Тольятти Меркурий и направлен на профессиональную подготовку воспитанников детских домов.
Дети учатся кройке и шитью, получают рабочие профессии, развивают лидерские качества. Клуб обеспечивает мастерские швейными машинками и профессиональным оборудованием.
Главная задача проекта — помочь выпускникам детских домов найти работу и стать самостоятельными. Более 500 выпускников проекта успешно трудоустроились.
